Online Statements System Update

To Our Valued Customers,

On January 10th, 2023, we will be updating our online statements service. While we are doing everything we can to ensure a seamless transition, there are a few things we want to make you aware of prior to the update.

Most users will not need to take any action, however as an extra pre-caution we ask that you review your e-statement status following the update. If you were previously enrolled in the service, and are now showing as unenrolled, or you are not seeing your eDocuments please re-enroll per the steps below:

To review status or enroll in e-statements, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your Online Banking Account
  2. Navigate to the “Additional Services” drop down tab
  3. Click on eDocuments
  4. Select the account(s) you wish to enroll/un-enroll
  5. Save your changes
