On January 26th, BankGloucester will be introducing a new BillPay system for our online and mobile banking customers named BGPay. The new system will continue to handle all your normal transactions, while introducing new features like the Person-to-Person payment feature.
While our new system upgrade is taking place behind the scenes, there will be a short period where bill payment services will not be available. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the information in this communication to see how this new bill payment system will be implemented and how you can take advantage of everything BGPay has to offer.
Please Note: While we complete our system upgrade on January 24th & January 25th, our BillPay service will be unavailable. Transactions scheduled to be issued on these days will be processed on January 26th once the upgrade has been completed.
For any time-sensitive payments, please be sure that all transactions are scheduled to be completed no later than January 23rd and that they are entered into the system no later than noon on that day. We thank you for your patience, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
