They will then follow up with a phone call, claiming that your account may have been compromised to scare you into providing personal account information.
Please be aware that we will never request your personal account information via text, email or phone. If you receive such a message or call, do not respond or click on any links. Instead, delete the message or hang up the phone immediately and call the bank directly to report it.
