New Scam Alert

We want to alert our customers to a recent increase in scam attempts involving text messages, emails and phone calls. Scammers may try to trick you by sending you a message asking you to verify a fake transaction. They will then follow up with a phone call, claiming that your account may have been compromised to scare you into providing personal account information.

Please be aware that we will never request your personal account information via text, email or phone. If you receive such a message or call, do not respond or click on any links. Instead, delete the message or hang up the phone immediately and call the bank directly to report it.

If you have any concerns about the validity of a communication from us, or believe you have been targeted by a scammer, please contact us directly at (978) 283-8200 or fill out a Fraudulent Activity Report. The security of your account is our top priority. Thank you for choosing us as your financial partner.
