The Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of BankGloucester will be in the Main Office Lobby of our Gloucester Branch at 160 Main Street on Wednesday evening, April 20, 2022, at 7 PM.
The purpose of this meeting shall be as follows:
1. Election of Directors
2. Election of Clerk of the Corporation
3. Any other business that may be properly brought before this meeting
