Registrations issues:

Make sure your information matches what the bank has on file

Avoid using punctuation (like a period after your middle initial)

Locked account:

After 5 failed login attempts, access resets automatically at midnight (ET)

Need access sooner? Contact us for help

Password problems:

Use “Forgot Password”

If prompted to contact the bank, your email may need to be verified or updated

Good to Know

Replacing your card will not affect your points

Resetting your access will not delete points

Closing your account may result in lost points—contact us first for assistance
