Our 15th Annual Banking for the Community Event is Coming Soon!

$30,000 For Nineteen Local Organizations

BankGloucester‘s 15th annual “Banking for the Community” event is coming up fast! Voting will open at 9:00 AM on Thursday, September 1st, 2022 and will run until 6:00 PM on Friday, September 30th, 2022.

The pandemic has been a strain on all of us, and to show our appreciation, we’re increasing the award amount this year from $25,000 to $30,000! Winners will be decided by popular vote with $5,000 going to first place, $4,000 to second, and $3,000 to third. Fourth and fifth place will receive $2,000 each, and the remaining fourteen nominees will receive $1,000.

Beginning September 1st, votes can be cast on our website, or at any of our 3 locations in Gloucester, Ipswich, and Essex for those without access to the internet. Winners will be announced and checks will be presented at the Banking for the Community reception in October, more details to follow.

Eighteen nominees have been selected, with an extra spot for the most popular write-in. Show your support for your favorite local organizations, and be sure to join us in October to celebrate the winners!
