Deposit Checks with your Smartphone and our free app!

To use BG Mobile Deposit you must be registered for BankGloucester’s e-Banking Suite.
If you have not signed up please go to online banking and click on “Sign Up”.
If you are registering for the first time, you must be on a computer, or the “full site” on your phone.

BG Mobile Banking is available for iPhone and Android phones and iPads.
Please download the App onto your device at the appropriate store. Apple devices use the APP Store / Androids use Google Playstore.

Step-by-step instructions

FIRST TIME

Download and install the (BG Mobile Banking) app.

Sign in, read and agree to, the BG Mobile Remote Deposit Services Agreement
You will receive an email confirming your registration and your deposit limits.

TO MAKE A DEPOSIT

TAP - Login to your account with your smartphone
Select "Deposit Checks" from the dropdown list
Select the account you want to deposit the check into
Type in the amount of the check
Write "BG Mobile Deposit" on the top / front of your check
Lay the check on a flat surface in a well lit area
SNAP - Take a photo of the front of your check (all edges must be visible)
Endorse the back of your check and photograph it (all edges must be visible)
DEPOSIT - Review the information on your screen if all is correct, click "Deposit check"
You will receive confirmation that the deposit was submitted. You will have the option to have your confirmation emailed to you.

Funds Availability

BG Mobile Deposits are subject to BankGloucester’s funds availability policy.
Mobile Deposits confirmed as received before 3 pm Eastern Time on a business day will be credited to your account on that business day.
Deposits confirmed received after 3 pm Eastern Time, and deposits confirmed received on holidays or days that are not business days
will be credited to your account the following business day.

Funds will be available as described in our “Your Ability to Withdraw Funds” disclosure.
